What vehicles can you provide a roadworthy certificate for?
We can issue roadworthy certificates for a wide range of vehicles, including passenger cars, caravans, trailers, motorhomes, tractors, forklifts, earthmoving machinery, and heavy trucks. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle qualifies, give us a call and we’ll guide you through the process.
What’s included in a roadworthy inspection?
Our inspections cover essential safety components like brakes, tyres, suspension, steering, lights, windscreens, body condition, and structural integrity. These checks are designed to ensure the vehicle meets Queensland’s minimum road safety standards before registration, sale, or transfer.
How long is a roadworthy certificate valid?
In Queensland, a roadworthy certificate is valid for 2 months or 2,000 km—whichever comes first. If the vehicle is not sold or registered within that time, another inspection will be required.
